About Me
I am a postdoc at Mila and McGill University where I work under Joelle Pineau's supervision at the intersection of machine learning and genetics. Starting in August 2024, I will join the CHU Sainte-Justine research centre and the Université de Montréal faculty of pharmacy as an assistant professor (professeur adjoint). Do not hesitate to contact me if you are considering graduate studies and think we have overlapping interests!
My main expertise is in bioinformatics, statistical genetics and genetic epidemiology. Most of my previous work was on studying mutations in drug target genes to predict the effect of drugs at the population level. My broader research interest include the application of machine learning to healthcare in general, and more specifically applications in causal inference including further work on Mendelian Randomization.
I keep an up-to-date list of my publications on Google Scholar.
